Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly MIS Preparation:
- Compile, review, and present monthly Finance MIS reports.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data.
Expense Scrutiny & Reporting:
Analyse expenses by General Ledger, Cost Centre, and Fund Centre/Commitment.
Communicate actual expenditure to respective departments and stakeholders.
Budgeting:
Lead the preparation and presentation of annual and periodic budgets.
Maintain version control and ensure adherence to budget timelines.
Data Visualization & Automation:
Implement and manage Microsoft Power BI for MIS reporting and analysis.
Develop dashboards for Actual vs Budget, trend analysis, and cost centre performance monitoring.
Variance Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement:
Analyse and discuss deviations with stakeholders, documenting explanations.
Highlight key variances and recommend corrective actions as needed.
