About the Role:

A well-established general contractor specializing in ground-up residential and multifamily construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee a 4-story residential apartment project in the Dallas market. This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader with strong experience in low- to mid-rise residential construction who can take ownership of the jobsite from mobilization through final delivery.
