At Leonardo, we have an opportunity for a Lead Supportability Engineer to join our Supportability team. The Supportability Engineering discipline has a unique position within our business as it is involved in all the stages of a programme, from initial development, production, customer support and repairs, and eventually disposal. This role would suit someone with a background in Production Support, and Engineering Leadership, who is looking for a new challenge. We are looking to speak to experienced engineers with an understanding of radar or electro-optical systems.

What you’ll do

• Lead a team of engineers working with our Advanced Targeting sector to deliver Supportability Work Packages in support of Integrated Project Teams.
• Deliver an effective Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) in support of the Production and In-Service phases of the Product Life Cycle.
