Lead System Analyst

Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America seeks a Lead System Analyst at our office in Charlotte, NC: Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of the organization’s operating systems. Review information systems design and ensures they are ready for user needs while consistent with overall design of the organization’s information systems architecture. Manage large projects while being recognized as the subject matter expert on the team. Approve system scope through existing knowledge and fact-finding that informs the development or modification of complex information systems groups while aiming to improve business results. Oversee changes to exiting system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Approve flow charts, models, and procedures and feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
