• Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance (or higher) Travel Required: Up to 10% LaunchTech is seeking a Lead System Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).


• This senior role leads complex systems engineering efforts across the full lifecycle of the MDSEA program, including requirements analysis, architecture development, design, testing, implementation, and sustainment.
• The Lead System Engineer will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure mission-aligned execution, and serve as a functional manager and mentor across the enterprise.
