- Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end talent acquisition across functions, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring aligned with business needs.
- The role also involves contributing to strategic HR initiatives such as employer branding, stakeholder management, HR analytics, and supporting broader people strategy in collaboration with the HRBP team.
The Successful Applicant
- The successful candidate will have 3-6 years of experience, preferably post-MBA, with a strong foundation in talent acquisition, HR business partnering & HR analytics exposure.
- They should bring prior experience from structured, process-driven organizations (ideally from Paints, FMCG, or FMCD sectors), and demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and data analytics skills.
