Job Description
The Lead– Talent Acquisition will lead the recruitment strategy for Adani Defence & Aerospace, driving hiring excellence across Defence Manufacturing, Aerospace, MRO, R&D, Engineering, Electronics, and Emerging Technologies. This role demands strong leadership, deep industry insights, and proven expertise in managing large-scale and niche hiring in critical defence and aerospace domains.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and lead the overall talent acquisition strategy for the Defence & Aerospace business.
- Partner with CXOs, Business Heads, and HR Leadership to shape workforce planning and talent architecture.
- Drive long-term capability building aligned with growth plans, new platforms, and technology programs.
2. Enterprise Hiring Delivery
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for leadership, mid-senior, and niche technical roles (R&D, Avionics, Aero Structures, MRO, UAVs, EW, Missiles, Propulsion, etc.).
