Job Summary

The Lead, Talent Management is responsible for driving the organization’s talent strategy by attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining top talent. This role designs and manages talent management programs that support employee growth, performance excellence, and leadership continuity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to assess talent needs and support recruitment efforts as needed.
  • Design and deliver employee development and training programs aligned with business goals.
  • Lead performance management processes, including feedback, coaching, and performance improvement.
