Requirements


  • Minimum of 6 years of combined experience in the roofing or construction industry working in an architectural/structural design or project management position.

  • Diploma or greater in Construction or Project Management, General Business, Architectural Design, or other related educational experience.

  • Knowledge of basic roofing principles and codes and ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, specifications, and drawings.

  • Previous experience with Taper Plus and AutoCAD preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Professional communication skills with a proficiency in English, both oral and written, is required.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
