Lead Technical Architect

InputZero is seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Technical Architect / Senior Team Lead – Development to lead end-to-end application development and architect scalable, high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Full-Stack Development, OpenStack, and modern application architectures, with hands-on leadership experience in building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.

About the Role

Lead end-to-end application development and architect scalable, high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of applications using object-oriented programming (OOPS) principles.
• Architect and implement microservices-based, scalable, and secure systems aligned with business goals.
• Drive Gen AI–enabled application development, integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, including code reviews, design reviews, and best-practice enforcement.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee full-stack development across backend, frontend, APIs, and integrations.
• Ensure applications are built using Agile/Scrum methodologies, with continuous improvement and delivery focus.
• Guide teams on cloud-native and OpenStack-based deployments, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Mentor team members, support skill development, and contribute to hiring and team growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in application development and technical leadership roles.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and full-stack development (frontend + backend).
• Solid understanding of OOPS concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with OpenStack and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with end-to-end application lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Working experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML integration in applications.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques.
