Lead Technical Program Manager

The role / impact

As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of critical cross‑functional technologies across AI, Core Accounting, and Infrastructure. You will lead the planning and execution of technologically complex features from conception through to launch, defining scope and managing timelines across global teams to help small businesses thrive.

Your work involves navigating complex programs of work across a variety of different projects, which may include infrastructure re‑architecture, large platform migrations, traditional zero‑to‑one feature launches, or integration with partners. You ensure programs stay on track and translate technical concepts into clear business implications for the entire organisation whilst aligning Product & Tech leaders across multiple teams.
