Job Description

We are looking for an IT Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end technology hiring and lead an account of clients. This role requires strong IT hiring expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver on high-volume and niche requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT recruitment across engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and ERP roles
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring plans and timelines
Drive sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and talent mapping
Manage offer negotiations, closures, and candidate experience
Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes
Requirements
6+ years of IT recruitment experience with team leadership exposure
Strong understanding of IT technologies and skill sets
Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Staffing/consulting background
GCC or global hiring experience
