7+ years in recruitment, with 3–5 years in a managerial role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Kead with strong exposure to India staffing to lead and manage a team of recruiters delivering contract and contract-to-hire hiring solutions. The role requires hands-on leadership, ownership of KRAs and SLAs , and the ability to drive performance, quality, and client satisfaction across multiple requirements.
