RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to develop and author content for user support articles and learning experiences
- Author content for knowledge base sites, video scripts, and training materials
- Create learning products and utilize authoring tools to produce effective instructional assets (e.g., eLearning modules, online courses, facilitator guides, instructional decks)
- Guarantee all deliverables and products are meticulously written, edited, and proofread
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and seek continual process enhancements
