Job Description
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the creation and review of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reports
- Lead functional and non-functional testing efforts, including regression, acceptance, usability, and cross-platform assessments
- Partner with cross-team Agile collaborations, ensuring alignment with SAFe practices
- Establish and refine efficient defect tracking and risk mitigation processes
- Architect, enhance, and maintain scalable automation frameworks with Selenium and C#
- Supervise and analyze performance testing to validate system scalability and reliability
- Standardize and optimize API testing practices using.NET frameworks and tools
- Champion best practices for continuous testing in CI/CD workflows (TeamCity, Octopus, etc.)
- Utilize advanced testing and diagnostic tools like TestRail, MS SQL, ELK stack, Postman, Fiddler, and Sentry for better insights
