  • Coordinate test release schedules across assembly and test (A/T) sites, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Define and manage test time budgets, maintaining balance between cost and performance.
  • Validate solution stability through GRR and TCS analysis, with clear documentation.
  • Drive strategies for BU with TTS team for product ramps and enable PPITs for the same

Quality & Reliability Ownership

  • Drive customer-return issues to closure, ensuring root cause and corrective actions are fully executed.
  • Lead MOS/SOS quality releases and test coverage improvements.
  • Collaborate with the CQE and applications teams to develop TCI solutions and address customer feedback.

Cost Optimization & Production Efficiency

  • Analyze and propose test cost reduction strategies to improve cost of goods sold (COGS).

  • Manage lab coordination, pre-/post-reliability testing, and qualification tracking.

Manufacturing & Flow Setup

  • Partner with packaging and production teams to ensure optimal assembly and test efficiency.
  • Execute ATSS setups (ARC, MB generation, CDDS loading, etc.), working closely with A/T sites.
  • Manage material movement and planning to maintain aggressive cycle times and throughput.

Data Analysis & Yield Optimization

  • Analyze characterization, probe, and final test data using Spotfire and Mbayse tools.
  • Leverage test data to identify marginalities, drive corrective actions, and improve yield.
  • Guide decisions using datasheets, legacy programs, and Starfish references as golden sources.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on ATE experience, preferably on ETS-364.
  • Strong proficiency in test development, debug, and data-driven problem solving.
  • Proven ability to interface across cross-functional teams (Test, Design/Systems, Quality, Manufacturing, and Product).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience on multiple ATE platforms including ETS-88 and ETS-800.
  • Familiarity with Eagle platform debug and power-device characterization.
