LEAD TESTER

Position Overview We are seeking a Quality Engineer with expertise in Performance Testing to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our applications by designing, executing, and analyzing performance and load tests. You will work closely with developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance across a variety of environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability test scripts. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and architects to define performance benchmarks and acceptance criteria. Use performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, BlazeMeter) to simulate real-world user scenarios.
