Job Description
• Contribute to project analysis sessions as required on BPM capabilities
• Document functional requirements, solution design, test cases, and test plans, sprint plan(s), training guides and technical architecture diagrams as required
• Develop components as per BPM team standards and patterns Maintain JIRAs on BPM JIRA board and attend standups
• Deployment and config required for UAT to be completed successfully Deploy and release as per BPM Team and Banks standards including CAB process
• Provide 2nd line BPM support to BPM support analyst
• Respond to any BPM queries received via CA by users or Application support teams as required
• Log into TIBCO Administrator as required to assist with troubleshooting/investigation of issues and deployments/configurations. Assist with AMX upgrades, e.g., upgrade from AMX 3.1 to 4.2
