Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of tooling and fixtures for deep-draw and heavy-gauge stamping processes. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance production, address field challenges, and meet cost, quality, and timeframe goals. Innovate tooling concepts and optimize manufacturing processes to elevate safety, quality, and efficiency. Contribute to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) efforts, focusing on PFMEA, control plans, and work instructions.
