As a Lead Trainer at Molex, you will play a critical role in implementing and monitoring the staff training system to enhance individual and organizational capabilities. You will be part of the DSS division, working closely with plant personnel and reporting to the Training Coordinator. The team is committed to continuous improvement through effective training and development, supporting all areas of the plant to ensure operational excellence.

- Collaborate with people leaders to design and deliver tailored training programs that build individual, team, and organizational capabilities.
- Identify training needs and recommend solutions, providing expert advice to executives, managers, and staff.
