**Position Summary:**
You will be working alongside the design and product teams to create delightful customer experiences that drive measurable business impact. Designing brand-defining experiences based on user needs for a range of customer-facing products and services. This position collaborates with project teams and engineering to be the voice of the user and to define the next generation of our digital presence.
**Principal Responsibilities:**
+ Lead efforts to design brand-defining digital products, marketing emails, in-house communications, and other digital collateral that is consistent with our brand image and, most critically, informed by business results and customer insights.
+ Proactively push our design practice and approach forward by nurturing new ideas from concept to execution along with your creative peers
