**Lead Usability Designer MRI**
As Lead Usability Designer MRI you own and drive the usability engineering process for MRI systems, ensuring safe and effective use of complex medical devices through world‑class human‑factors practices. This role combines deep regulatory expertise, hands‑on usability leadership, and team coaching to deliver exceptional user and patient experiences across hardware, software, and AI solutions.
**Your role:**
+ You ensure MRI products are safe, effective, and intuitive by leading the usability engineering process and raising the bar for human‑factors excellence.
+ Your work directly contributes to improved use‑related safety, regulatory compliance, and superior user- and patient experiences across our global product portfolio.
+ Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring full alignment with FDA guidance, EU MDR, IEC 62366‑1, and related standards.
