Job Description

  • You will take ownership of UX design across key parts of our AI project, from discovery all the way to exploration and delivery. You will define user journeys, create clear documentation and new patterns where needed, and work with our engineering team to bring them to life.

  • You will not manage people directly, but you will lead by example by supporting other designers through peer feedback, design reviews, and helping to keep the quality high across the board

  • You will coordinate closely with your UX manager and the cross-functional teams to align design work with user requirements, business goals and timelines.

    • Apply design thinking to AI functionality

  • This is a critical role in shaping how we design for AI. You will need to understand how AI impacts usability, trust, transparency, and user control.
