Lead Validation Engineer

This role sits within the Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) and Extended Hybrid Electric Vehicle (XHEV) Propulsion System Integration team. The primary focus is to support design release and technology development through rigorous testing and data analysis of propulsion systems on rigs and prototype vehicles.

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful build, commissioning, and operation of test rigs and vehicles, analysing test data, documenting results, and resolving issues through structured problem-solving techniques.
