- The Lead Validation Technician is a member of the Design Quality Engineering team, under mínimal supervision of the Hardware Validation Lab. Supervisor, supports the planning, execution of electrical, mechanical and environmental validation testing for the Automotive Division products in our Design center in Tijuana, Mexico._
Specific Responsibilities:
- Assists the HW DQE Lab Supervisor in scheduling internal or external testing, ensuring the resources (equipment-technical personnel) is operating at maximum efficiency with proper security.
- Support ongoing operations of the Validation Test laboratories including procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance and calibration program.
- Initiate and implement improvement projects to add capabilities, improve quality or reduce costs of testing and related departmental processes.
