Lead - Vehicle Dynamics

? Responsible for defining test strategies for different functional attributes like Comfort, Handling and Brakes in vehicle dynamics
? Responsible for system level and vehicle level testing of VD attributes
? Responsible for benchmarking vehicles testing in terms VD
? Developing robust design validation plans to cover all the test cases pertaining to VD
? Responsible for execution of test cases with the given resources and delivering on time
? Raising bugs and highlighting the critical failures in the system/vehicle well before each design stage
? Responsible for execution of test cases with the given resources and delivering on time
? Work closely with Attributes and Product teams and develop capabilities for testing the attributes
? Working with multi disciplinary teams and developing a better products
? Representing product validation team in cross functional meetings and directing the tasks to respective testing teams
? Responsible for test standards/procedure creation suit the testing needs

? Strong understanding of electric vehicle and performance
? Proven experience in vehicle dynamics attributes of Handling, comfort, brakes and ergo
? Expertise in VD objective data measurement and analysis
? Excellent communication skills
? Excellent data visualization skills
