Job Description
The R&D department at 360Learning consists of 60+ engineers across 10+ squads. The Website squad is a tight‑knit, 4‑person team (2 engineers, 1 Product Manager, 1 Designer) focused on empowering our 25+ person marketing team and building memorable digital experiences that support acquisition channels and the marketing technology stack.
Key Responsibilities- Shape every stage of development—from concept to deployment.
- Define the technical vision, drive architectural decisions, and ensure systems remain stable, scalable, and easy to maintain.
- Build and lead an experimentation framework to quickly test, measure, and validate new ideas.
- Coach talented developers, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Support high‑performance, conversion‑optimized pages for paid, content, partner, and SEO acquisition channels.
- Integrate deeply with the marathon stack (Marketo, Wistia, Chili Piper, AI SEO tooling) to keep the growth engine humming.
- Continuously experiment with new frameworks and automation to make the site faster, smarter, and more creative.
- Within 1 month: Discover the 360Learning website, get a global view of the codebase, become familiar with marketing teams, implement first tickets, and adopt the decentralized peer review process.
- Within 3 months: Lead your first project from inception to delivery, maintain marketing tool integrations, and begin coaching team members.
- Within 6 months: Help redefine the website roadmap, iterate on front‑end best practices, work on a second large‑scale project, and conduct performance reviews.
- Within 12 months: Co‑decide on architectural decisions for all front‑end projects, audit new martech tools, lead tech discovery meetings, and map career paths for team members.
- Well‑rounded experience in website development.
- Interest in JavaScript technologies.
- Interest in marketing topics (no expertise required).
- Experience working on varied projects—integration, architecture, SEO—focused on front‑end challenges.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, relatable language for non‑technical teammates.
- Keen eye for design and experience creating beautiful and qualitative interfaces.
- Comfortable with algorithms.
- Experience as a tech lead, mentor, or coach for software engineers.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Working proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
