About the Squad

The R&D department at 360Learning consists of 60+ engineers across 10+ squads. The Website squad is a tight‑knit, 4‑person team (2 engineers, 1 Product Manager, 1 Designer) focused on empowering our 25+ person marketing team and building memorable digital experiences that support acquisition channels and the marketing technology stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape every stage of development—from concept to deployment.
  • Define the technical vision, drive architectural decisions, and ensure systems remain stable, scalable, and easy to maintain.
  • Build and lead an experimentation framework to quickly test, measure, and validate new ideas.
  • Coach talented developers, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
  • Support high‑performance, conversion‑optimized pages for paid, content, partner, and SEO acquisition channels.
