Lead Windows Developer

We're building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. Our Windows app is critical to capturing performance data and enabling insights across enterprise environments. We're looking for an experienced Windows app developer to take ownership of development, stability, and deployment, working alongside Denis to scale the platform.

What you'll do

• Lead Windows app development with a focus on performance, maintainability, and cross-environment stability.
• Profile, debug, and optimize for speed, memory usage, and reliability.
• Build for managed and restricted enterprise environments using MDM tools and deployment best practices.
• Integrate with backend APIs, and optionally, implement or adjust backend endpoints when needed.
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure consistent experiences across platforms.
