The Learning & Development Program Manager will support the design, delivery, and execution of Overwatch University training programs. This role blends instruction, operations, systems management, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Training Delivery
• Teach and facilitate 3+ leadership or professional development courses per week (virtual and occasional in-person)
• Co-host and help run daily morning training sessions (4 days/week)
• Deliver leadership content clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Support in-person classes and company events as needed

• Help manage and organize the company Learning Management System (LMS)
• Upload courses, track completion, and mainta...
