Real Estate Team Leader


We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage and develop our concierge activity across multiple sites in Switzerland.


About the Role:
We require a professional with at least 3-5 years of experience in managing multi-site teams, preferably in real estate or property management. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the real estate field and its players (property management, owners); good understanding of facilities and associated cost issues.
The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising, supporting, and leading a team of 50 to 100 concierges distributed across several sites. This includes being the main contact for concierges, property management, owners, and management; ensuring quality control procedures; recruiting new staff members; performing annual reviews; participating in follow-up meetings proposing continuous improvement initiatives.
