Job Description
Visión general:
The Leader will be accountable for quality, speed, and business impact of the projects. New products require extensive cross-functional and cross-site coordination within the 3 Mexico Chinaware plants. This position will manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, as well as leading all of the Mexico Fixtures R&D organization. The leader will be responsible for NPD’s and transfers from trial through mass production. He or she will work closely with Manufacturing, Industrial Design, Quality, and Procurement functions to ensure that optimal business solutions are implemented and teams are working efficiently.

- Coordinating the workload and strategy for the Mexico industrialization team which has approximately 10 members. Responsible to set and manage the following KPI (Key Performance Indicators): Development Time, Product delivery quantity and Yield, Product cost, CTQ (Critical to Quality) measurement compliance.
