Lead end‑to‑end governance and execution of Digital programs—including customer journey platforms, data & AI, cloud modernization, and remote sales/VFA initiatives—while shaping the strategic delivery roadmap for the Digital Department. This role ensures business outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with policy and audit standards.
