Leader PMO

• Should have at least 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and handled at least 2 projects in the data domain  where Scrum was used.
• Should be well versed with the Agile Culture and thorough understanding of the Scrum framework
• Should be able to create self-organizing teams, Servant Leader mindset.
• Should be able discuss with the clients and write user stories in the absence of a Product Owner, or guide the PO if the team has one.
• Should be experienced in tools like JIRA, Redmine, Trello

Preferred Skills

• Should have CSM certification
• Should have knowledge of different Agile Frameworks.
• Google cloud certifications 
• Should be able to create self-organizing teams, Servant Leader mindset.
• Should have worked as a Developer or QA for at least 2 years. Exposure to Cloud Technologies is an added advantage.
