Leader, Procurement & Purchasing

RH is seeking a Leader, Procurement and Purchasing, who will be instrumental in the ownership of the end-to-end procurement for furniture (FF&E) across all Gallery developments, including retail and hospitality. In this role, you will play a key role in every phase - from design handoff through purchasing, manufacturing, quality, logistics, installation, and final project turnover. YOU RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner closely with vendors throughout all stages of the project life cycle, including product development, cost improvement strategies, accurate quoting, and tracking of submittals for approval

Oversee and maintain comprehensive tracking of all project documentation, including shop drawings, finish samples, tear sheets, production lead times, and consolidation opportunities to optimize workflows

Develop a responsibility matrix in collaboration with the Architecture and Construction Lead to ensure alignment and accountability throughout each project lifecycle
