What You'll Do
As the Leader of Test Development Engineering team within Silicon Operations, you will lead a team of both test and product engineers focused on ATE (Automated Test Equipment) test development and execution. You will provide technical and strategic leadership to drive test program development, yield improvement, and quality initiatives to achieve each project milestones. In this role, you will partner closely with the Cisco ASIC team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful test bring-up, product characterization, reliability assessments, and seamless transition to high-volume production. You will collaboration with Tier-1 OSATs in NPI phase, and support internal operation team with high-volume manufacturing test operations and driving continuous process improvements, including yield improvement, test time reduction and resolution of quality issues.
