**Role Summary**

As a core member of the Global Leadership Development team, you will design and facilitate leadership development programs across regions at scale. This role requires a seasoned leadership development professional with expertise in solution design, strong facilitation skills (virtual and in-person), and a deep understanding of leadership practices, theories, and emerging trends including AI in leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ **Leadership Development Solutions** Partner with business leaders to understand needs and design targeted development solutions. _You will translate leadership challenges into practical learning experiences that drive performance and growth._
+ **Stakeholder Management** Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across regions, guiding them through the full leadership development journey. _You’ll act as a strategic advisor, ensuring alignment between leadership goals and development initiatives._
