What is the opportunity?The Branch Leadership Training Program is designed to prepare interns for success in a Branch Leadership role. The training program is approximately 4 months in duration, depending on previous experience.Please note: upon successful completion of training, the candidate must be mobile for opportunities across the Westman market (location may be approximately 45 minutes outside of Brandon, MBAs an Assistant Branch Manager, you are a local market leader, motivating and coaching your team to create a memorable experience for clients. Inside and outside the branch, you capitalize on emerging market opportunities and act as an RBC Ambassador within the community you work in.
