Overview The Workforce & Leadership Development Programs Facilitator is an ambassador of the Electric Boat purpose and mission. At EB, facilitators have a tremendous opportunity to play a critical role by helping employees and leaders develop their skills and foster talent development. The facilitator is an instrumental partner responsible for implementing and executing Electric Boat's leadership development strategy and supporting New Employee Orientation. In addition to delivering training programs, the facilitator helps ensure that the scheduling and coordination of training makes for a seamless experience for new hires and participants.
