Training Coach

We are seeking a skilled Training Coach to play a vital role in delivering high-quality training to production employees.

• Promote consistent best practices across teams and ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
• Create, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and document all training activities to enhance the overall learning experience.

You will be responsible for providing expert coaching, mentoring and support to trainers and trainees. Additionally, you will need to follow up on certifications/recertification process reports system updates assessing documenting L2L update certification Kappa Certification registration maintaining tracking all training data database ensuring completed follow up to the training matrix performing other tasks improving implementation of goals objectives quality performance.
