Leadership Listener

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly mature, empathetic professional to act as a confidential listener and advisor for Principals and senior leadership. This role provides a safe, neutral space for leaders to share concerns, navigate interpersonal challenges, and reflect on sensitive professional or personal situations - without judgment and with strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Confidential Listening & Support
- Provide one-on-one confidential listening sessions for Principals and leadership members.
- Act as a neutral sounding board for work-related, interpersonal, and leadership challenges.
- Offer emotional support, perspective, and practical guidance while maintaining objectivity.
Counseling & Guidance
- Help leaders process stress, conflict, decision fatigue, and people-related challenges.
