About Katsu Nori: Hand roll counter and dining room of 28 seats. Intimate but accessible to all ages and pallets. We have decades of knowledge and experience in the Japanese cuisine world from fast casual to hyper niche. We are creating a space that can be timeless for the neighborhood. Think small but mighty menu, fresh approachable fish, perfectly seasoned bites.
Our goal is to achieve the holy trinity of hospitality brining a mix of great food, genuine service, and an atmosphere that feels timeless.
Job Requirements:
- Strong leader with a minimum 2 years in management role
- Food manager certificate
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Available nights and weekend
