We are hiring for a leadership role in HR & Customer Service Operations based in Gurugram , who will be responsible for the overall service delivery of key clients (internal and external). The role reports to Outscale Partners, CEO.
Key tenets of the role:
- 18–25 years of experience managing large-scale, third-party client service and operations functions.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HR operations (Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle, HRO, Pre-Payroll, etc.) ensuring service excellence for key clients.
