Job Title: Museum Soft Services Specialist

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of soft service facilities providers and contractors to a museum, working closely with their management and duty supervisors to ensure efficient resource allocation, training, and quality monitoring of services provided.

About This Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line contact for the Building Operations Department for all internal and external customers/contractors. They will participate in Facilities Rota as the primary point of contact for Facilities queries and provide support to Front of House staff to ensure smooth arrangements for events, VIP visits etc.
