CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Leading Hands to join the delivery team for a major Defence Infrastructure project based in Darwin, NT .

These full-time, fixed-term roles offer stable employment through to 2028, working on a large-scale multi-stage development comprising multiple buildings, including a major hangar facility.

You’ll join an established contractor recognised for quality, delivery, and their commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance on every project.

Responsibilities

• Support Foreman with day-to-day coordination of site works.
• Supervise and direct trades and subcontractors on-site.
• Read and interpret plans to assist with delivery and quality checks.
• Maintain a strong safety focus and contribute to a productive site culture.
• Operate tools and equipment as required while guiding crew productivity.
