This role is for a motivated and skilled Leading Hand who will oversee and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their work aligns with agreed scopes, specifications, designs, and contracts. The key role works closely with the Site Manager and requires a proactive individual with the ability to exercise initiative and judgment to maintain the highest standards in safety, quality, scheduling, cost management, and environmental care.
