Production Management Role
This role involves overseeing daily manufacturing operations of legacy product lines for a medical device manufacturer. As the Production Manager, you will lead a team and ensure adherence to safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards.
- Lead production teams in multiple manufacturing cells.
- Evaluate processes to identify areas for improvement.
Critical Skills :
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Management is preferred along with 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools is required along with excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
