    Job Description

  • Designing and developing complex mechanical systems or sub-systems pertaining to gas, liquid chemical delivery, thermal and control systems
  • Owing complete lifecycle from Concept Development to launch of a system or sub-system covering concepts in domain of structural , thermal , fluid flow and pneumatic engineering. Hydraulic and Pneumatic experience preferred
  • Validating designs and managing technical risks through proper engineer analysis techniques (DfX, FMEA), planning tests, and proper documentation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional global teams to integrate sub-systems, select and qualify OEM components, and ensure manufacturability and cost targets
  • Leading structured investigations through various RCCA methods and resolving issues, while discovering new method to enhance existing design standard

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience in creating specifications and designing hydraulic or pneumatic fluid transfer systems, component selection and performing hand-calculations for system or sub-system design.

    They should be proficient in problem-solving techniques (8D, 5Why, Fishbone etc), design techniques (DfX, FMEA), analysis, communication and handling multiple stakeholders globally.
