TITLE: Maintenance Technician III

REPORTS TO: Director of Property Management & Director of Maintenance

ABOUT US: Alden Realty Services, inc. is a property management company for affordable independent 
living communities throughout the Chicagoland area and is seeking a full-time Maintenance 
Technician to service multiple locations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
We are seeking those who possess a diverse skill set and can:

Turnover of Apartment Units:
o Complete necessary repairs, painting, replacements, etc. needed for each apartment technician is 
able to handle.
General:
o Expected to be able to assess and troubleshoot property needs pertaining to plumbing, HVAC, and 
electrical issues and make repairs as they arise. Engage preferred vendors, utilizing PO/contract 
system, when necessary for larger scale/more intricate projects.
