    Job Description

  • Facilitate the implementation of lean-agile principles and practices across teams and departments.
  • Coach teams on agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, to enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Work closely with leadership to drive organisational agility and align goals with business outcomes.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to build agile competencies within the organisation.
  • Identify and address organisational challenges that may impact agile adoption and performance.
  • Promote a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation within the teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technology services.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of agile transformations and suggest improvements.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Lean Agile Coach should have:

  • Strong knowledge of lean-agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor teams in agile practices.
  • Experience in the technology and telecoms industry, particularly in services.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • A track record of driving organisational change and promoting a culture of innovation.
  • Relevant certifications in agile methodologies, such as SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
